  • Hi Everyone.

Ive always been on the bigger side too. Cant remember ever being small - i was always the happy round one out of all my friends.

I started SW at the beginning of September at a start weight of 15st3lb (size 20 clothes). Its slowly coming off - had a few weeks where i have maintained the same weight and a few where ive gained.

Got weighed last night and am now 13st 13lb (size small 18 although some of them fall off me) with a loss of 3lb this week. Not bad considering i had a take away curry NYE! Although i was sensible and chose the one with the lowest Sin value.

I havent really set a final target weight but would like to firstly like to get to 13st.

    Txx

  • Please can I join, I weigh 14st 12lb (size 22) and I would like to be 11st 7 lb (size 14-16, healthy BMI) by August. I would also like to then continue loosing another one and a half stone so that I am roughly 10 stone and comfortable within healthy BMI. I'd like to do this by the end of the year.
I'm thinking of joining Tesco Diets. Anybody have any experience of them. Are their diet plans expensive?

I joined when they were ediets in 2002 and lost 4.5 stone with them in 6 months I have free lifetime membership they are okay but i logged back in and the menus not changed and I got bored as I am a veggie. they allow me 1700 cals and will follow brekkie and lunch sort of then plan my own dinner 550 cals.

I originally did the 5k to couch potato plan in 2003 and it works ran the 5k in a great time the following year I won the race....but I loved running and did do 50 miles a week.
Back to reality 20 minute run at 6.30am and that was tough

    day 2 of diet

    Good luck ladies

    Hello all
well I'm resisting all the left over chocs and sweets. measured my belly button line (is that my waist?) and it is 114.5 cm - measured it twice once with the tape measure and once with string and the tape measure. Isn't there something about it being below 100cm? haven't done my arm/thigh yet - save that for tomorrow.

  • Was thinking of going back to WW but have read that the points system has changed. Is the new system easy to follow? What are pro/cons of WW and SW plans?
