  • OMG - been to Weight Watchers tonight and weighed in at 13st11 - I have never been that heavy before so came as a bit of a shock but at least I'm on the right track now. Haven't got time to read the 8 pages I need to catch up but will do tomorrow!
  • Hi everyone

Had been hoping to get my head into the zone to begin healthy eating and gym/weigh in on wed. Got up this morning feeling absolutely lousy - OH and DS have very kindly passed on the dreaded lurgy to me
Have been feeling very sorry for myself  and requested plenty of tlc. I have been picking at the xmas goody leftovers between coughing and sneezing and have moved around very little remembering to keep the tissues close by. Had been hoping to get ironing up to date - will try and have a good nights sleep and hopefully will be feeling much better tomorrow (fingers crossed).

    Night night all xx

Well done everyone - you've done brilliantly!!!

Weigh in is tomorrow evening - although we are going to go to class every Monday morning - I can't wait until then to join, I might lose my nerve again.

So tomorrow night it is. I will come back and let you know the bad news afterwards. :(

At the moment I am really liking the hoola hoop, cycling and jogging only the basics though lol

    Good luck for tomorrow elysia.

For anyone interested I tried the WW Sausages and mash ready meal yesterday (5.5points 312 cals) and I have to say it was really yummy. I just did a bit of veg to go with it, they are 4 for £5 in ASDA at the moment. I'm not usually a fan of ready meals but I will deffinately have some more of these.

Please can I join, I weigh 14st 12lb (size 22) and I would like to be 11st 7 lb (size 14-16, healthy BMI) by August. I would also like to then continue loosing another one and a half stone so that I am roughly 10 stone and comfortable within healthy BMI. I'd like to do this by the end of the year.
I'm thinking of joining Tesco Diets. Anybody have any experience of them. Are their diet plans expensive?
