~Avon Hints & Tips (Part 7) ~

Books not left out/forms not ticked - very few people use the form I provide to tell me whether or not they'd like books. I'd like to think it's nice and simple, with the "yes" and "no" bits in bold, big letters. The form is part of my A5 intro note which you can see through the clear bag. In some cases people leave the book out - so they've seen the date bit on the same note - but don't give me a yes or no answer.

So... I'm printing out a little note (8 to an A4 sheet) saying "Please don't throw this book away" - that bit's in bold and big - "use the note at the back to tell me if you don't want another brochure, or how often you'd like one" - that bit's smaller. Hopefully that will stop people from throwing out and also get them to tick a box. I think most of my houses have chucked them out because they don't realise I want/need it back. I had someone write "sorry" on the reminder note and then put that note under a rock so I'd find it. Or someone else in the household chucks it but the wife/girlfriend/daughter is interested.

I found that the into tick sheet didnt really work for me when I did territory! I only had 2 back out of 40 odd houses!! Your idea sounds good, hopefully it works for you! xx

I've finally pulled my finger out and found inspiration for Avon. Have managed to drop to both my shops so hoping for a boost for C4. Deliveries to do tomorrow and really pleased with C3 orders. I had to add on freebies for some customers as they didn't put them on the order so hopefully some brownie points for me!
Not happy :mad: that delivery driver managed to put my boxes in the car for me per my note on the door but didn't take my returns.

You're not supposed to and I am VERY naughty for even asking as I should know better You're most definitely not allowed to offer anything for sale though - that's advertising

I believe there is a FB page somewhere where reps can ask/offer things they have hanging about?

Thank you MoneyMaker! I too ended up giving one of my customers her order yesterday as id left it soo long to deliver it

lol...sorry Chattie, all sold I only bought them from HT clearance a few months ago so keep your eyes peeled for deals.

haha, slap the back of your hand MrsTine Surely it is OK to do as you did and ask if anyone has a certain product going spare? :think:

Its against board rules although if someone posts that they want something then a PM could always be sent by someone who has one spare or can add to an order. Just to say 'hi' of course...
