Oh dear, MrsGR, sounds like you've got an awful lot on your plate at the mo. Agree with NB, cut your Avon down to a manageable level for yourself - nothing is more important than you and your family.
Keep looking after your regulars if you can and maybe drop a note into the rest of your territory saying that you are still continuing as a rep but for personal reasons won't be able to call at their door as regularly. Leave the option open for them to come to you if needs be. Some customers will happily come to you.
Your ASM should allow you to keep your territory provided you put an order in every campaign but if that gets too much for you then, as NB says, just cherry-pick which customers you can look after and keep them as F&F.
One of my customers is a real pain to deliver to so I regularly 'starve' her of a book (or four!). Usually, she tracks me down - eventually - and puts in a decent order.;)

That made me giggle, got vision of angry customer desperately chasing you around :rotfl:0 -
Had a really disheartening day today, as went to pickup my brochure 9's from two recently allocated streets, only to discover there is not one but 3 other Avon reps covering the area (it is only 30 houses), I managed to get the names of two of them and have passed it to my ASM and SL to deal with particularly as one of the women who must be a sales leader is taking orders and actively trying to recruit new reps (my SL not happy as think area designated to her, but not really sure how it works for SL). Needless to say I as 4th rep have not got any orders for these roads.Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0

Sigh. 3/4 of my usual round done and I've got about £15 of orders. Better get my bum into gear and start canvassing my new territory I suppose!

Presidents Club???
Can someone put me straight on this, what actually counts towards PC, is it the price before or after discount?0 -

It's based on your Award Sales i.e. customer price. Assume it also includes your sales aids too but never really thought about it. Nice little badge and diary though! Only ever achieved Bronze and then went the SL route - not impossible to do both but sometimes you have to choose between earning extra commission and getting the personal 'accolade'.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Not sure I understand what you mean there, but I was wondering about PC because the average amount of customer orders I'm getting seems to be around £350-£400, But I've still got quite a way to go I suppose

You can check how far you've got this year on your website - it's under the drop down box on 'My Order' or something like that. It will tell you what your sales year to date are, how many more sales you need to do and how that averages over the remaining orders you have left in the current year. Your order level re. PC is also confirmed in the covering letter with your invoice.
Sounds to me like you should be on target for achieving PC sometime this year. Well done you! :T
As for my other (sorry) rather obtuse comment, SL's earn commission based on their team's nett sales so it is possible to earn extra commission by 'giving away' your sales i.e. extra commission or the 'accolade' of personal PC membership. Oh dear..... Sounds like you have a busy street there!
Your SL will be able to check if it is actually allocated to anyone on her team. She can't, however, do anything about reps, who have F&F customers there already. She also can't do anything about another SL actively canvassing for new reps on the street - they can do that anywhere.
If you were on my team, even if this street is allocated to you, I'd suggest you move on and request new territory.

I have been an Avon rep for two years, many lovely customers but sadly a few who order loads then return it a week later, Avon now have contacted my area mgr to say they want to close my acc as I'm not profitable to them, and i have a high return and missing items !!! Also i seem to have found i'n the last 6 months my orders are always wrong/short of items. I am so mad it's avons policy things can be tried and returned if not liked !!! Has anyone else had a similar issue, i feel for all the work i put i'n I'm getting a slap on the wrist not a pat
On the back, on a plus side have picked up 5 new customers from a new road and recanvasing an existing road, so sales have nearly doubled now
Many thanks sarah:j mseswgwa:j0
