Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with the Avon site, really slow and just refusing to do what I want :mad: need to pay them but it won't let me, also need to start imputing my order but it's not liking that either. I've been trying on and off all day.

Pretty sure it's not you; it's the website. Avon are continually trying to 'fix' things since they changed/upgraded the site.

Trial and error but..... if you're having problems, close down your internet browser and start again from scratch. If that doesn't work, turn your computer off and reboot. Seems to clear out whatever is causing the problem - least it's worked for me so far.

Best advice - even before the new 'upgrade' - is never to leave inputting your order until the last day..... Now it's even more important!

Just found this thread....what a lovely bunch of posters and so much info.

I was directed here from a thread on the Avon connects site that had links to brochures only some of them weren't in order and I couldn't find a link to the current one for campaign 10.

One of the replies said there was a thread here that had all the right links...and they added the link to this thread.

I have been selling Avon since I was a teenager back in the seventies and didn't do much with it except sell to neighbours.

This time around...I want to make a big deal of it so I share links on Facebook from a page I set up there.

I only just started doing that this week and have high hopes that some of my several thousand contacts will live in my town and haven't seen an Avon rep in a while :beer:

AHHH! seriously getting hacked off with Avon and if I didn't need the money I would give up. I called them the other day because I recieved C10 instead of C11s and I had also reliesed I had run out of order forms. I was informed that they would send me out C11s as a swap for C10s and some order forms. I received the books just now and NO ORDER FORMS! I'm fuming! I have 4 left (I normally order a pack a camp to make sure I have plenty but must have lost track!) so I cannot send new books out. I had a customer ask me yesterday if there was another book and I said I was waiting on a delivery of forms and now this just makes me look really slack.

My SL hasn't been in contact with me since January (since trying to get me on board as an SL) so I'm going to ring my ASM and ask if anyone near me has some so I can get my books out, unless anyone else has any suggestions.

Whereabouts are you? Maybe there's someone nearby on here that could help with the order forms.

I only got up to the loo and magically appeared on Facebook and then came here.

I might get dressed and go and post some brochures

Being my own boss is great !!!

By the way...not impressed with the free watch offer in campaign 11 so am promoting

Managed to get hold of her and she gave me a number of a SL in my town, so I have left a message with her so hopefully I can get my books out in the next few days!
