Thanks MC. Having no luck finding the black
So annoying. What is the point in encouraging customers to find a prduct they like, only for it to be discontinued without a word
I am a wee bit fed up with avon atm. I seem to be on the wrong end of their lousy customer service far too often.
For Avon to complain about returns is ridiculous. Example: I had no orders for Fit Flops at all. (White ones a while ago) I decided to get some and see if when I had them to hand I could sell them on the basis I would be able to return them. I sold 10 pairs. (£100 Avon wouldn't have had)
The black ones came up, again no orders. I have done the same thing, and have now sold just short of 20 pairs, when they were a higher price than they are in C10. (£229.50 Avon wouldn't have had)
Think that covers it really as well as the fact it is THEIR guarantee and THEIR selling point!! Rant over!!
Wow! How did you manage to sell that many pairs? :T0 -

I wear them! I was keeping some in the car and showing them to customers, friends and family. When they see them, and can try them on they are far more likely to buy them.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
Mrs GSR.
just a thought... how about explaining your situation to your regulars. They may be able to make life easier for you. Some maybe willing to receive the online brochure and order by email? Depending how many regulars and how many books you have, you could give them a book when you deliver and ask them to order by email / text so you can limit the trips you have to make?
Hope you feel better soon. My little one quite likes the trips out in the buggy, so not so bad as yet!Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

hello i am on my 1st campaign and puting a few bits on order. I am a little confussed and could use some help please. I am looking at the subtotal page of my order and at the top it says products ordered from camp 11 - then details the room sprays that i have ordered. I have ordered 3 and against each of them it says they are free. Is this an error and it will show later or is it because i have missed that its a free gift or am i just lucky!Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Your SL will be able to check if it is actually allocated to anyone on her team. She can't, however, do anything about reps, who have F&F customers there already. She also can't do anything about another SL actively canvassing for new reps on the street - they can do that anywhere.
If you were on my team, even if this street is allocated to you, I'd suggest you move on and request new territory.
Good luck.
Thanks for the information and advice, it can certainly be a struggle in the early stages of becoming a decent Avon Rep. I certainly will be requesting some other territory, I just hope I am not going to find the same in every street.
I still think it is a bit odd for SL's to be allowed to canvas anywhere especially as I know the SL I am under only canvassed the entire estate about two months ago, and now the majority of streets have been allocated. So why would another SL then recanvas for new reps in territory already allocated? as all this is going to do is cause aggravation for the existing and any new reps. There has to be a master list of territory, and surely an Area Sales Manager has overall control as to where they allocate to Sales Leaders to canvas, otherwise it would be chaos, or have I hit upon the whole reason that lots of people who have recently signed up are finding streets overloaded with other reps. I also think it is rather poor that when someone allows a street assigned to them to be relisted as an available territory, they keep the best customers in that street under the friends and family bracket, as it makes it very hard for new rep to gain any new customers there, and yes I am sure Avon only care about sales and this is why this system is alllowed, but it does lack fairness especially for new reps. Oh well will have to keep plugging away at the other territories and hope can make it work.Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0 -
