hello i am on my 1st campaign and puting a few bits on order. I am a little confussed and could use some help please. I am looking at the subtotal page of my order and at the top it says products ordered from camp 11 - then details the room sprays that i have ordered. I have ordered 3 and against each of them it says they are free. Is this an error and it will show later or is it because i have missed that its a free gift or am i just lucky!
Hi,
Sounds like an error to me as they're part of a BOGOF offer in C11. The Avon website has been having all sorts of problems since they changed it. Just make sure when your order arrives that you check your invoice against what your customers are expecting to pay i.e. so you don't make a loss on anything.
Good luck.
PS: Haven't checked all the different fragrances but there are room/linen sprays @ £1.50 each in C10Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Sorry another question from the newbie, will the catlogues cost be added to subtotal or do i do that in my head?
Everything you order will show in your sub-total - including items that may actually prove to be out of stock so if you're close to MOV/HOV, double-check if you have any red crosses before submitting your order to Avon.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I still think it is a bit odd for SL's to be allowed to canvas anywhere especially as I know the SL I am under only canvassed the entire estate about two months ago, and now the majority of streets have been allocated. So why would another SL then recanvas for new reps in territory already allocated? as all this is going to do is cause aggravation for the existing and any new reps. There has to be a master list of territory, and surely an Area Sales Manager has overall control as to where they allocate to Sales Leaders to canvas, otherwise it would be chaos, or have I hit upon the whole reason that lots of people who have recently signed up are finding streets overloaded with other reps. I also think it is rather poor that when someone allows a street assigned to them to be relisted as an available territory, they keep the best customers in that street under the friends and family bracket, as it makes it very hard for new rep to gain any new customers there, and yes I am sure Avon only care about sales and this is why this system is alllowed, but it does lack fairness especially for new reps. Oh well will have to keep plugging away at the other territories and hope can make it work.
You're welcome, TL.
SL's are allowed to canvass for reps, not customers (but, of course, they probably pick customers up along the way). ASM's are responsible for allocating territory and they oversee/resolve any territory issues. Unless a SL goes out of her way to get to know other SLs in the area, there is no way for them to know of each other - everything is routed via the ASM. So, as you say, you could even get the silly situation of two SL's canvassing the street at the same time!
This is further complicated because of the overlap of territory/F&F. Customers will choose their own rep and, obviously, choose someone they know over a total stranger, who Avon has allocated the street to.
Don't give up though. It's amazing how quickly you go from being the new kid on the block to being the rep, whose customers contact you to let you know someone is 'trespassing' on your patch.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I wear them! I was keeping some in the car and showing them to customers, friends and family. When they see them, and can try them on they are far more likely to buy them.
Me too; I wear them everywhere.
Incidentally, see the white ones are in HT14 clearance...... time to stock up methinks! Don't like the black ones but think the white ones are brill.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Ha ha ty for the tip MC! I love the black ones. Possibly because I am a mucky puppy, so me + white = bad idea!
The sizes are different too, and the black ones are a far better fit for meStill looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

They do come up well though in the washing machine. Thought with the 90 day guarantee I 'owed it to myself' to give it a try! LOL They wash fabulously.
If you're a great fan of the black ones, keep an eye out for them dropping to £10 customer price - the white ones did last year so stands to reason that the black ones will this year - and then 'stock up'. Chances are you won't ever be able to buy them any cheaper even as a rep. The price of the white ones in HT14 is £8.50 nett.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Bearing in mind that these are personal sales levels, are there actually any Gold level members in the UK do you reckon? If so, would be interesting to know how many..... Know when you achieve Bronze they congratulate you for being in the top 7% of reps so am guessing that it's "quite lonely" at Gold level! :rotfl:Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Thanks MC. Having no luck finding the black
So annoying. What is the point in encouraging customers to find a prduct they like, only for it to be discontinued without a word
Won't 'Black Shimmer' do? Failing that, any chance you could persuade your customers that they need to go 'a bit lighter' in Summer/as they get older? The gel eyeliners are in the C11 clearance books but only Khaki, Plumful and Bronze @ £2.75Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
