    You a Trendsetter then? Am Mailplan D and my invoices still show going back to C17 (you need to click on the link to 'show other available invoices' - the website defaults to just showing your last three campaigns).

    Just a thought - sorry if I'm wrong.

  • Well I wish I had Sales Leaders more like some of yourselves. Since I had my Territory given me I havent heard anything from mine! not even an email to see how i am! But then I've not actually spoken to them either, I got more response from my ASM (she lives closer too) though she is now on maternity leave.

    No - BGs can't remove signatures - never have been able to and never will be :)
    When we're on boards we don't help with we're no different to any other BG - we can't move posts or merge them or remove spam - we have NO powers at all :)
    Chances are that it was classed as advertising but without seeing it... pass :)
    Did you have ANY links in your sig at all? Because that's a nono... Mine have been approved by the Forum team and are for debt related charities :)

    And in fairness... I shouldn't have posted to offer to order the bits ;) It's very naughty and against the board rules :) So it was entirely my own fault ;)

    What's a trendsetter? Does it mean I'm trendy?? :rotfl:

    It was from the C18 book at the end of November / beginning of December that it was ordered from but the invoice wasn't showing on-line but then I didn't know you could see 'other available invoices' so thanks for pointing that out for me.

    I was very close to the 90 day cut off I think but Avon have since said they will replace the bottle for me and to send the original one back. Result!

    Trendsetters are usually 2 campaigns ahead of everyone else - they're supposed to be Avons "hint" as to how popular something will be and allow them to stock accordingly - obviously it's not a perfect system ;)

  • !!!!!! Avon Cust Services have fluffed up with something i wanted to replace, they have put the wrong product on I wanted to send back! not another bloody call needed. What happened was a customer ordered starberry sorbet bubble bath at 500ml and the vanilla peach for the FREE 1 litre, I then put an order in for the vice versa, but obviously when i deleted mine off, I stupidly deleted off the 2 free 1Litre codes instead! so all ive been sent and invoiced for is the 2 500ml bottles, I phoned up asking them to replace the 500ml vanilla peach with the 1 litre and they got that bit right, but now when i look on the order tracking, they now have it down that i'm gonna send back a completely different product! "A glimmersticks majestic plum"

    They did something similar with me, but it was a necklace, I wanted a like-for-like replacement but they did the return for a Saturn Grey Glimmerstick.
  • That's strange.... my understanding was that that was one of the prime reasons Avon Connects was set up i.e. so retail customers could contact their local rep and/or people wanting to be reps could find a good upline manager easily? Hmmm.... Good feedback; might be a good idea for you to email Avon to that effect?

    I really don't like connects. I registered on there as a customer to find my local rep just to see what it brought up, only gave one page so I don't think that's too bad compared to what other people have to contend with.

    The thing I really don't like is the forum part though, there's loads of reps posting things that I really don't think should be seen by customers. But maybe that's just me? I don't know what there was before connects. Still pop on there for a browse every now and then but have never posted on there.
