I have just phoned them back up again actually telling her what product number i was sending back, least this lady spoke and understood more english than the man the other day! I really hate speaking to people that barely you or they understand what your on about! It drives me mental! I had the same thing with HSBC the other day!newbeginning wrote: »They did something similar with me, but it was a necklace, I wanted a like-for-like replacement but they did the return for a Saturn Grey Glimmerstick.0

Did you have ANY links in your sig at all? Because that's a nono... Mine have been approved by the Forum team and are for debt related charities
MC didn't have any links. She had that once before and the sig got removed, I found the rules and MC read them.
All her sig said was Avon Sales Leader and Rep, same as others on this thread. It was one colour, no fancy lights, nothing else.0 -

The thing I really don't like is the forum part though, there's loads of reps posting things that I really don't think should be seen by customers. But maybe that's just me? I don't know what there was before connects. Still pop on there for a browse every now and then but have never posted on there.
I never go on connects. The few times I went on it gave me a headache. Far too busy, bad web design.
As far as I remember, if reps are posting in the reps area, customers cannot see the posts. If they post in the customer area they can.
There was nothing for Reps before connects, there was a forum for Sales Leaders.0 -

What happened was a customer ordered starberry sorbet bubble bath at 500ml and the vanilla peach for the FREE 1 litre, I then put an order in for the vice versa, but obviously when i deleted mine off, I stupidly deleted off the 2 free 1Litre codes instead! so all ive been sent and invoiced for is the 2 500ml bottles, I phoned up asking them to replace the 500ml vanilla peach with the 1 litre and they got that bit right, but now when i look on the order tracking, they now have it down that i'm gonna send back a completely different product! Why don't you use the replacement on your account service? You put in the code of the product you want replaced, and the item you want it replaced with.
Otherwise I would suggest contacting customer services through the website, through contact us. It is based in England, so you will get a decent response and you don't have to pay for the telephone call.0 -
normally I would have done, But to be honest I had hoped to have just been sent the freebies of each of them, But I doubt i'll use the call centre again tbh. And also hoped it wouldn't have been too late for it to have been sent with my order! As it was Wednesday I called as soon as i saw my online invoice and realised the boo boo i'm made!0

Just been and collected in a load of books from territory, and loads of them have no order forms in??? How strange - have had this with one or two books each time round but this is nearly half of them.0

omg!!! am gutted
with being in hospital and ill for over a week some of my books were late going out so couple of people (who couldnt be bothered reading what day i was collectin!) informed me last night they wouldnt have the orders till today..... so over the campaign ive been entering orders as i went... its taken HOURS.... last night alone i spent 3/4 hours finishing off what id done, checking it all through and amending any mistakes etc where offers hadnt gone through right etc.... was supposed to submit at 10pm but thought id submit today instead when got the orders
Collect the 2 late orders this morning and try and log in... and my order has vanished!! got angry thinking asm had submitted it.. but no not showing... so just made my first call ever to avon - luckily i can use the UK based presidents club phoneline - only to be told cos i started the order on first day of the campaign it had been wiped from the system as orders are only kept for 21 days!!
so now i have to sit and reinput at least 50 orders worth over £500 all back in one by one!! plus sort out all my bits i need like bags etc0 -

I've had this before, it's possible that they have another rep so have used your form or it's just become seperate from the brochure? But if it's more than half it could be a new rep on your territory? Are any of the books from anyone that's ordered from you in the past that you could ask if they'd made an order this time?C1 = £643.17, C2= £60.51, C3 = £376.48, C4 = £331.58, C5 = £422.570 -
I've started recanvanassing my roads after doing customers only over the Christmas period and for the first time ever I have an order without an address. Well I'm not so sure it's actually an order! I found written on the back of my slip saying when I'd be collecting someone had written a lipgloss, colour and number. I've ordered it along with my order and going to put a note through the possible doors asking if anyone has placed this order and asking them to contact me. Fingers crossed it's a new customer.
Oh and read earlier that someone is after the megan poncho's, I've checked my invoice online this morning and the two I've ordered are out of stock and no longer availableTwo disappointed customers coming up!
