morning everyone!
well a quick update:the girl that really wanted avon but never ordered, i did a spend £10 and recieve a free gift but still no order so very dissapointed! I'm hoping that maybe shes waiting till closer to summer before she orders!! but thanks anyway for the advice and i'm hoping it may get her thinking about ordering now shes seen that there are times when i'll offer out freebies!
an update on C5 this has been so far my best avon campain yet! my old streets and friends and family have got me orders at £162 and im still waiting on my friend, her mum and my sister in law so maybe more! ive got another customer from my old streets who text me this morning and has another order for me to pick up tonight!! .. so i'm really happy with that!
i've been given my new streets about 150+ but i only ordered 15 books for C5 (i didnt know i would have my streets) so ive been going round with those books hoping that i can get through a nice section of the streets and have a good idea of who would like to keep getting a book so i may even get more orders but im thinking not for now.

and finally (sorry for the long post) has anyone ever ordered the body illusion support dress my mum has ordered it but she wasnt sure as to what size to get you know with how everyone always seems to have different sizes .. my mum is a size 14 but in some shops can come out in a 16 but she is trying to lose weight shes ordered it anyway in a 14/16 but if anyones ever got it before for a customer or anything would you be able to help she just doesnt want to have to return it and wait for another to be delivered

Question about returns - say you bought one of each of a product that comes in two scents/colours. For example one of the SSS Dual spray in blue and one in pink and they're both the same price. You like one but not the other. When you go to do a return it asks you for the product code of the replacement item. I've always just put in the same product code for a direct replacement. Would it be possible to ask for another one of the version you like and return the one you don't - since they're the same price?

order both sizes. Your Mum keeps the one she feels most comfortable with and you return the other one.

I,Geek, I'm confident in saying yes you can (although I would like a more experienced Avon bod to say it is), just put in the code you would like to replace it with. Same applies to foundations and lipsticks for example; customer tries a colour doesn't like the shade but likes the lipstick so you just ask for a different colour to replace it. Hope this makes sense.

Mini - no I didn't hun - and I got told off for offering so someone grassed me up to the powers that be too

If you can get it from the online shop I would as my order still has a red cross by it... am almost tempted to order one from the website for just in case the one I ordered doesn't come...

either magix cashmere.... or the mineral powder i think.

I used the mousse and switched the the powder when the discontinued it.

Never used the cashmere foundation but the mousse was a silky soft finish so id assume the cashmere is similar finish??
