One of my customers brought a bottle of Timeless from C18 brochure just before Christmas, she has used almost half a bottle but now the spray has stopped working!

Its no longer showing on my invoices, do you think Avon may replace it as its faulty? Any thoughts ladies....

Well that was a useless trip to deliver Avon orders. Either people weren't in or they didn't have the money on them Grrrrrrr

Right more help needed Im afraid. Just had a very good customer phone to say she wants to order the Meagan Poncho and Kristen Bag from C5 however she needs it by 3rd March and my order doesn't get delivered til 7th March. Cant see the poncho in book 4 so cant do an additional order. Help

And possibly bad news for her mini - I've got a red cross next to my megan poncho on my order...
If you don't mind the postage cost though I could try and order both and post them to you... mine gets delivered week today I think it is so enough time to post them if need be

Are they on the Avon website?? Do a big enough order to get free postage, after all you may have some returns you don't like and do it through a cashback website to get something out of it??

C5 should be online tomorrow at avonshop.co.uk so you could order online if you find a free delivery code? If you go via Quidco you get 10% cashback, not quite same as commission but keeps your customer happy xx
