Doesn't seem like Lee is working today. There should be someone covering for him at times like this. The fact that we're made to jump through hoops to get problems resolved is ridiculous and delays in responding just adds insult to injury.0

Another ongoing issue with Vodafone that everyone in 'Vodafone World' does not seem to be able to solve or offer a permanent solution!
I started my new contract on the 27-5-2014, at the time of taking out the new deal I was offered a discount for the length of the new contract.
Since the 27-5-2014 none of my bills have shown the discount! I have had to call Vodafone @ Vodafone World every time my bill is issued go over the same story and request that the discount agreed at the outset of the contract should be applied.
I last calledVodafone @ Vodafone World on Thursday 7-8-2014 and talked to a very nice lady called 'Jasmin' who understood my predicament and told me she would call back within 24hrs to confirm that the discount would be applied to my latest bill and all other bills would be automatically discounted. 'Jasmin' even gave me a call reference number IN01277967653. This will not surprise anyone but I am still waiting for my return call. My son has just taken out a new contract with Vodafone and was offered a discount, he has not yet had his first bill but I assume he will be presented with the same difficulties I have faced.
Someone @ Vodafone World needs to get this sorted as without a customer or customers you have no business.
Vodafone World is a world similar to the real world but without the requirement or need to follow up on things agreed!

I'm not familiar with the Vodafone World service, but I also had a problem with a discount not being applied at the start of my contract, and while 191 were of no help, it was very quickly resolved via Live Chat. At this stage, you would probably be better off emailing Lee about it, though.0

I think I remember reading about that on the Vodafone forum. They haven't mentioned whether they tried returning to the store and asking the manager there to look into it. That would be the best place to go since it was a store employee who sold them an unsuitable phone and contract. Of course, the problem with arguing that it was mis-sold is that they had the opportunity to try the phone before buying it. It's a complex issue that has clearly been made worse because of Vodafone's awful customer service.
I received a call from one of Lee's colleagues today. Her attempt to fix my service issue didn't work and she hasn't responded to my email even though I sent it at 1pm. I'm starting to lose my patience. I need someone who is going to take ownership of the problem and see my case through until there's a resolution. I shouldn't have to wait days at a time for a response after spending a week making endless calls to 191 and getting nowhere.0 -
