  • Vodafone banned me from eforum for giving consumer advice.
    Also shaming them from denying discounts to NHS staff for Vodafone staff misinforming customer discount would be applied automatically.

    Obviously these discount never get applied & when customers seek answers they are told to chew bricks.

    Come on Vodafone do I get a response I've heard nothing what the hell are you doing apart from really trying your best to annoy me and making your approach to customer services an absolute laughing stock.

    Hey anyone thinking of joining Vodafone don't they are a joke they can't even follow through on an agreed set of actions.

    Been in contact with Vodafone now since April 2014 re a billing issue!
    Tried to sort it out over the phone and via Live Chat, no help what so ever, I wish I had not upgraded with them and left when I had the chance.

    Any advise would be helpful.

    I would see what the reps here can do to assist otherwise a stern email to CEO Jeroen Hoencamp will flag complaint as high level.
  • I left Vodafone in March 2014. 4 months later I am still receiving marketing texts from Vodafone. I have contacted customer services 9 times so far. They have not resolved my issue. Customer services at Vodafone fail at every level.

    Anyone else still receiving marketing texts from Vodafone after they leave?

    2. Use Twitter. Tweet @VodafoneUKhelp.
    3. Use the e-Forum online form at this link

    Make sure you put WRT165 in the subject
    4. If you do not get a satisfactory response after 8 weeks contact the Communications Ombudsman.
    5. Put your complaint in writing and send to the address below. The Communications Ombudsman require that you put you complaint in writing and give Vodafone a set time to reply.

    6. Vodafone do not want bad publicity so contact consumer advice sites and forums to publicise how truly awful they are.

    Actually CISAS accept an email complaint. Why waste postage on the likes of Vodafone?

    I'm getting marketing calls from Vodafone every day at the moment, sometimes twice a day. Contacting them to opt out of marketing calls doesn't seem to make a difference. I've been a Vodafone customer for many years but not putting up with this any more and going to move my contract elsewhere asap.

    Pretty stupid marketing strategy that drives your own customers away by bombarding them with spam calls.
