Vodafone complaints

Please can you advise how I go about making a high level complaint??
I purchased a new handset with Vodafone to which I also purchased insurance. Having lost the handset I called Vodafone to make a claim and was told I don't have insurance on the phone. Argued my case and the advisor said he would request for the call to be listened to, if the salesman didn't add it, it will be added in and backdated then I can make my claim. This was 4 days ago, I've heard nothing about the progression of the call being listened to and when I call customer service, I get told someone will call me back between 24/48 hrs. Its so frustrating. I just want to make a claim for my lost handset.
Any response would be good as had zilch so far from my tweet, Facebook post or email!!!
Google CEO Email addresses and there is a site that lists them all0 -

How much have you been paying per month ?It's not just about the money0 -

Blimey, looks like I'm not alone as another dissatisfied customer..
In a nut shell I moved from 3 to vf 2months ago, I moved only because Vf had a better deal on the handset I wanted..so here goes,
The 3G is dogcrap in Dorset (in town centers aswell as sticks) and average in hampshire, so spoke to cs approx 3 weeks ago, they said they were carrying out maintenance /upgrades in Dorset, well what a surprise, still dogcrap. So in meantime I get handed a Vf phone/PDA for work, so phoned the corporate cs to report the problem.cs reply was there will be further maintenance to be carried out, I'told them how can you maintain something that don't work or isn't upto the job in the first place, he then said to me get my head of coms at work ( I work for big company and probably have 2000+ users)to contact them as will carry more muscle.. Can't be bothered to waste my time, looking into cutting my loses with personnel contract and giving 3 a knock...had a couple of friends asking me what 3 was like as recently there Vf phones are struggling with decent reception, 2g & 3G0 -
Got my PAC code today - moving to VM for better deal/customer service.
Tried to get help on Voda eforum* but that was an epic failure.
I noticed no real employees answer question if they do it copy/paste garble to get a email number then you wait for days for the simplest issues.
There is a militant group of "Champions" (they earn title/benefits) that run the asylum, These champions are customers like you or I but if they answer you
that is deemed a closed complaint!
Vodafone adios it was fun while it lasted.....not.
**The eForum is manipulating complaints recorded as if customers (Champions) are solving issues (lol) they technically do not represent Vodafone.0 -
Actually I'd have thought the title indicated they would press for the interests of customers. Nah - can't be Vodafone...0

You posted on a Community forum and by doing so you were inviting replies from anyone.
The clue is in the title Community Champions and these members are given the title for their knowledge of Vodafone products and services and do generally give very good answers.
I expect a email address to conduct my affairs in a timely private fashion.
Not having to to air my business out to throngs of people before losing patience or manners I departed for greener pastures.
The community champions should be impartial but they are not (They get gifts from vodafone).
I can really go into depth regarding the community manipulation but all the information is there for the curious minded.0 -
Really ?
What gifts do you suggest they get for posting in their own time and where do you get your information ?
There is also a system in play to keep these Champions in place :coffee:
The thing that bothered me is they attempted to belittle my complaint
which was none of their business.
********I think the point of my post about the champions has been missed, I should not have had to resort to posting in an open forum to handle a complaint.
I prefer to do things in a easy efficient way i.e a quick email & I have a paper-trail & can respond quickly.
Vodafone do not care one iota about what happens & actively promote these champions with co-ordination.
Noticed a few changes on the eforum with regards to the Champions praise circle. Also noted they are particularly salty towards wronged customers today.0 -
So Vodafone / Lee whats happened reference the 2 months line rental agreed as compensation for the +£400 you cost me by failing to fix - on 4 occasions (although you did eventually replace it - as a goodwill gesture - whatever) my phone.
The compensation was agreed on the 9th July with Lee yet I have just received a bill for £43.59 which includes a charge for a months line rental. My bill date is the 25th of each months so you had 2 weeks since the agreement of the compensation to apply it yet you've not managed or bothered to. There was no mention in our conversation regarding the compensation that it wouldn't be reflect till such and such a month so WHY??????? has it not been applied.
Something I have noted is that the bill was generated on the 25th July and on the bottom it says and I quote "Late Payment Fee
Please ensure payment is made by the due date shown in order to avoid a £4.17 late payment fee being applied" - well the due date is the 1st Aug or the nearest following working day. So you've generated a bill and expect payment 6 days later surely its only fair of me to expect the same of my credit.
So by my calculation the late payment fee is 9.56% of my bill therefore I feel it only fair that you multiply my 2 months credit by the 9.56% figure you've used meaning the total credit I am now due is 2 months and 6 days. I look forward to you applying this additional credit along with the previously amount together with your non apology which will no doubt be offered.
I'll look forward to posting an update on the quest for MY YES VODAFONE MY CREDIT and the whether they follow there own policy regarding late payment.
God I hate Vodafone can't wait till the 25th May 2015 and I'm free!!!0 -
