started a new 2 year contract with vodafone on the 18th dec from day 1 i have had no 3g signal for my home area i contacted them immediately and was told it was either settings or sim problems and the local store said a lot of people in my area had been complaining about poor signal quality and that a mast was the issue several calls later and reset settings and still no joy they have raised a network issue but only the other day did any of the tech team say there was a mast problem...i stated that i wanted to cancel but it was going to cost £782 ....unbelievable!! i am now stuck with a useless contract and an all singing dancing phone which doesn`t do what i bought it expecting to be able to connect to sport etc at work....really disappointed with the service0

Im so disgusted with vodafone!!! I got my contract in Jan and it dint charge prop when i got it i popped into there shop and they said there send it of i replied with i had to wait a little while till i could afford a spare phone. It was sent away in March and they said it was water damaged which i knew full well it hadnt been! They charged me £70 and said even just beign in your pocket the damp from you sweating will damage it which i know is a load of crap! my phone was sent back and still not charging prop i called back and spoke to a lovely lady who spoke to her manager they refunded me and sent me out a new shell that phone had exact same charging fault so i called back the lady said i could choose a different make phone which was same value (not brand new phone ones that are sent back in 7 days of gettin contract out) there wasnt one i wanted so they said ok were send you another samsung galaxy ace guess what same charging fault but not as bad (so in total had three phones all same probs i got the third one in August) I kept calling them and said i want this sorted and wanted a different make phone there reply was no we cant do that i said why was i told twice by two different people i was allowed to and they basically tried to make out i was lying i kept calling and calling asking to speak to manager which they wouldnt do. In dec 2012 i went online chat and asked for a manager to call me told it would be 48 hrs that came and went so i called and they said someone will call today guess what no one ever called me!!! i then spoke to someone begging of jan who told me to go in store and show them the fault i went in to what i was told there was nothing they could do and the manager wasnt in but he will just say call vodafone so i went home and called them and said right cant you see there is a charging fault with these phones i wanted it sorted now and there reply was send it away BUT because its now passed a year since i got contract out i will have to pay (even though ive been tryin to get this sorted since august) i owed £30 on my account and it was set up to be taking out this friday just come (one of payment not a direct debit) i asked the lady if i could hold of on that and pay it with this month bill all together on 15 feb as i refused to pay them anything when ive been waiting long enough for this all to be sorted she said yep thats fine i have cancelled it 10 mins later i received a text of voda sayin thanks for payment checked bank and £30 was taking i rang straight back the guy said sorry for the mistake ill refund it now and i asked how long it would take he said a day next day came no money so i called back and the lady said he hasnt requested to refund ill do it now and will take 3-4 working days! today will be nearly a wekk and still havent got it back so i called and the man i spoke to said no we cant refund it you need to go to your bank and fill out an indeminty form so by this point im gettin angry and said why the hell wasnt i told this last week i rang my bank and they said that NO they cant fill that form in as its not a direct debit he said speak to a manager at voda so of i called them again and they wouldnt put me thru to a manager i explained to the lady how anagry i am with voda as they wasnt going to take money and cause they still havent sorted my phone out she came back and said my supervisor said yes you do need to fill that form out with your bank were being doing our job long enough so i called bank again and they said no you can not fill this form in and put me thru to visa dispute but visa dispute cant do anythin as its for a bill voda can just turn around and say nos he owes us the money so i called voda back again and his now sayin the money was only requested to be refunded yesterday!!!! (why the hell wasnt it done on fri) so his now saying this will take 608 working days so another week to wait!! i asked again to speak to a manager and he was liek whats the problem he wouldnt let me speak to manager unless i told him why i wanted to and then he said o my manager not avalaible ill get her to call you in the next two hours i said i wanted to leave voda which there saying going to cost me £300 :O thats double of what my phone is worth! so im stuck with a faulty phone £30 not been refunded which should of been refunded last week and still waiting to speak to a manager. I am another very disgruntled Vodafail customer, I have been with them for a number of years ( about 8 I think). The reception I get in my home is worse than awful, constantly get "no service" wait ages for a text to come through if at all. can rarely use my phone to make calls. The only thing that I
get told is to have a Sure Signal but at £50 i cannot justify the outlay.
Cannot wait until my contract finishes and I can leave them, I did have 2 phones on my contract, but one was out of contract so that was cancelledTreat other's how you like to be treated.

The mood im in im not going to sit there and write it all out in paragraphs. Others have been able to read it fine
Others cannot read it as you have seen from the post above. It needs be cut down to half the size which can be done is you stick to just the basic facts.
Its just one long sentence, it needs to rewitten. You will get a much better response from Vodafone. As it is nobody is even going to bother reading the whole thing.0 -

I asked the lady if i could hold this payment and pay it with this months bill all together on 15 February as i refused to pay them anything when ive been waiting long enough for this all to be sorted she said yep thats fine.
