Sending a form that way is useless. You have to put the heading "WRT135" so that it goes to the only people who give a damn at Vodafone i.e. the Web Relations Team.0

WRT153, a reference to "another" third party contractor who handle Voda's Public Relations....
If you want to talk to a Voda employee to resolve issues, get a Vodafone store employee to take ownership.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -

I have already submitted a complaint through the contact form on the website, but all I get back is the same old reply from people who sound as if they have made up their names. I have given Vodafone 7 days to refund my money before court action is commenced.
Hi steaming,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Following my reply to your email yesterday I can confirm that I've received your most recent email and so will get back to you again as soon as I can.
Kind regards,

Just thought I would post an update on this - following my contact with Lee S at the Web Relations Team, I am happy to say that he has come up with a very satisfactory solution to the complaint, so full marks to him for that, he has restored my faith and retained me as a customer :T
@diamonds & mobile junkie, many thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I owe you a pint
....and to all of those that said 'it's your own fault, read the t&c's, you won't get your money back' etc etc......:p:p:DAlways borrow money from pessimists - they won't expect it back.0 -
Tis pathetic
Have emailed the planet re shoddy service and like the price increase and also sent a letter tonight...
Have tried to work out directors emails. Am really not happy...want out of my contract but it's not cost effective for me to like pay the early termination fee....
And don't mention a certain Glaswegian manager who was awful to me on the phone about 7.30 and well and truly caused my disability to flare up

Been having issues with vodafone for a while. Have set up a direct debit with them 3 times now, every time I set it up they fail to take any money for the month then not tell me it's failed, apparently there's been no money in the account when they've tried to bill it, I know for a fact the account has cash in it as I get paid on the day I set the DD up for.
Secondly after these issues they seem to just be charging me for random things, just looked into my bills and found out that they have tried to charge me for almost 100 quid of internet usage last month?!? I did go over my data limit of 1gb but I had paid for another 750mb of data so I am utterly confused as to where they got 96 pounds from.
Opened a complaint with them today and am hoping they get back to me soon but they take so long and any fix they ever do never seems to actually happen.0 -
Hi steaming,
Really pleased to hear that Lee has sorted this out for you and you are once again a happy customer.
I will pass on your thanks to him.
Hi Lorilath,
I am sorry to hear that you have had a few problems of late.
You have mentioned that you have sent a complaint, is this via email? If so, could you let me know the email reference number so I can take a look and help you further?
Many thanks,
Heidi

I am 18/19 months into a 24 month contract on a iphone 4, and seem to be completely trapped with a phone that is worn out and a tariff that is inappropriate for my needs but that Vodafone refuse to do anything with.
I have contacted Vodafone numerous times - my tariff gives me barely any data but loads of texts and minutes - which I never come close to using, whereas my data always goes over the limit so I incur extra fees.
Vodafone have repeatedly given me the standard response 'computer says no', and will not offer me anything different, saying that as I am on the One plan, I cannot change tariff at all. Actually, that is not strictly true, when I phoned once they managed to offer me a tariff which was even less use to me and would cost more per month! I need to cut my bill and get a tariff that suits my needs!
I have put a complaint in and have got the same response, which has given me no faith in Vodafone and their customer service. At no point when I signed up to Vodafone was I informed that I would not be able to change my tariff, this has always been possible on other networks.
In addition to this, my iphone is completely worn out, it is becoming less responsive and keeps freezing and the battery is running down stupidly quickly - obviously iphones are not designed to last the length of the contract, and it certainly won't last until I am allowed to upgrade (April 2013).
I cannot afford to terminate my contract early because of the charge, but I really cannot go on with a useless tariff and a rapidly breaking down iphone.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to a way forward, as I just don't know where to turn now?:(0
