Thanks for re writing it skintandfat and thanks for bumping it harrys nan.
i rang them again today as still no call from a manager. Also no refund, there now saying im not being refunded as its part of my bill even though i was told i dint have to pay it yet. The lady has credited my vodafone account of £30 to say sorry. This still doesnt resolve a faulty phone i have though and the fact i will have to pay for repairs as the warranty has run out. Suppose its just waiting game now. Everytime i call they will not put me through to a manager :/

I am another very disgruntled Vodafail customer, I have been with them for a number of years ( about 8 I think). The reception I get in my home is worse than awful, constantly get "no service" wait ages for a text to come through if at all. can rarely use my phone to make calls. The only thing that I
get told is to have a Sure Signal but at £50 i cannot justify the outlay.
Cannot wait until my contract finishes and I can leave them, I did have 2 phones on my contract, but one was out of contract so that was cancelled

    Hi harrys nan,

To enable us to assist you further I'd recommend following the guidance in our Network Issues thread which can be found in the Network section of our eForum. Unfortunately I'm unable to provide you with a link to it due to the posting guidelines company representatives are obliged to follow.

In the event that you'd like to discuss matters further could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it will take you to the Contact us form on our website.

To ensure that it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line and once our automated reply arrives update the thread with your email reference number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

    Thanks,

    Lee

See vodaphone's wonderful WRT are still up and running! Just my two penneth - I'll never ever forgive VF for ruining my perfect credit history because of a genuine oversight caused by an employer going under and me moving house (I won't go into the nitty gritty as I got sick of it all years back). Their WRT was useless; made plenty of promises to sort things out but it was all chocolate money.
My revenge was to lose them lots of money by having friends and family dump them for other providers (my daughter ran a company with a whole batch of phones from VF that she was happy to switch).
Childish - I know but all could have been avoided if the WRT really had some clout and most of, a bit of common sense.

My experience of Vodafone is quite extensive and pretty abysmal - yet in their defence I always found their WRT first class - the complete opposite of the rest of the "organisation". Unfortunately my problems with Vodafone were never-ending so I (like you) voted with my feet.

I am, however, surprised that the WRT didn't sort your problems out.
