Hi heidi, thanks for all your help re our billing problems, unfortunately yet again the bill is wrong, March bill is visible on line and guess what the March Bill for mrs.s. is wrong.
Im sure neither of us can work out what on earth is going wrong at Vodafone, but we are so glad we are only on a years contract, cannot see us renewing with Voda as having to check our bills every month to correct Voda errors is beyond a joke
Can you sort again for us, lets hope Mr b's. bill in a couple of days is right!!!!, have emailed you again.......cheersVodafone_company_representative wrote: »Hi sanfly,

It's disappointing to read about your experience here but thanks for making us aware of it.
In the event that no one gets back to you within the timeframe given could you email us with your details via the Contact us form quoting the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line so we can get this followed up?
Once you've sent your email you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. To ensure that it reaches us could you update the thread with this and we'll get back to you as soon as possible?

Talked to Heidi almost two weeks ago , she said she'll call me back after she looks into the case . She never did get back to me.
After 3 weeks of waiting decided to call vodafone 191 again. Big surprise : seems they recalculated the wrong phone number and of course there was nothing wrong with that number, so they need to do a new recalculation for the second number on my account. I need to wait at least 5 more days. This is unbelievable.
WAKE UP VODAFONE !!!
I swear that if you'd get your paycheque from me you'd be searching for a new job.0 -
I am new to this.... Just after some advise. My mum has a Vodafone mobile phone contract, as well as a laptop contract. The mobile contract is ongoing, however the contract on the laptop ended in October 2011. She was not advised, and Vodafone are STILL debiting this cost. She saught advise from a retail store, who verified that the contract did end in October 2011, and she was advised ' it's your problem, to read the policy details yourself and cancel it yourself' I honestly can not believe this is actually legal!!! Surely as a gesture of good will, providing a service to customers, a letter could be generated just before the contract ends for the customer to decide if they want to renew or not (this might actually retain some customers!) and advising of the contract expiry. Can my mum claim the 'over payments' made since October 2011? They were very quick on chasing the late payment just before christmas, but failed to tell her that she actually did'nt have to pay at all!0

There is nothing unusual here. Mobile contracts don't end; there is a minimum term after which you can cancel by giving notice. If you don't then it continues.
Many contracts are like this ( eg pay tv , land lines, utilities), you haven't been overcharged.0 -

^ exactly this. once the minimum term has been reached then it will be on a 30 day rolling contract.Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0 -
