Hi All
Some tools sold on ebay - so big box to be posted today & last night I cleared/shredded LOADS of paperwork from my MS from last year ( I do tend to keep stuff in case of queries but thought if they've paid me it must be OK!) DH is making a big rack in the garden to store our wood for the woodburner we bought on Sunday. I've now got to declutter about £250 to the local council for a building notice so we can knock a hole in the wall for the WB
Aiming to do some more 'bits to the CS this week too
Onward & Upward all!!!Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0 -

I need new saucepans, 3 x large picture frames, stoneware casserole dish, large uplighter for living room, and some new cutlery. I managed my 'junk' drawer in the kitchen at long last!! All the 'useful' bits were relocated to their proper homes. The old birthday cards in the recycle bin, a couple of key fob's & glasses case to the CS & the rest in the bin. I 'recycled' a cutlery tray that fitted & put all the 'good' bits back tidily - only another 4 to go!!Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0

Those cutlery drawers are so useful for holding bits, aren't they?
I've now posted off my surplus toiletries to Beauty Bay, hopefully all will be useful - toothpaste, roll-on, conditioner, bath gel and bath soak plus two boxes of hair dye.
I dropped off at the charity shop en route to the post office - three books and six tops/jumpers/blouses.
I also succumbed to the non-fiction book sale at the library - just one book, a travel book on America's Nomads.
So mostly a winning day!Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -

Thanks, I'll have to watch that, I love watching these shows as it gives inspiration to carry on with the de-cluttering.
Not done much this week (which is bad as I was off work for 3 days), but I posted 7 ebay parcels today, and took some more old envelopes in to work. If the weather is nice at the weekend, I may have a sort out in one of the other sheds, mind you a lot of it will be de-cluttering spider's webs, lol!Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

kitchen work tops decluttered - why does stuff collect there? & every thing put in its proper place.
Girls bedroom tidied with their help!! 1 black sack of rubbish & 2 boxes of bits for cb sale - role on warm dry weather & the cb season again. Lots of clothes grown out of to be passed to friends for their DDs This was much better than I expected, normally they will not part with anything & want to keep every small scrap of paper etc. I cannot wait until they are back at school next week so that it can have another good sort without them there.
I have also listed some more things to sell & some on free adds, it must have been the sunshine today spurring me on.
Keep up the good work every oneDeclutter 2023 110/520

Today I have cleared one bag of rubbish from upstairs waste bins, one small basket of recycling, posted one eBay parcel and listed 11 items on eBay 2 of these were relisted items so hopefully will sell this time.
I have decided that my huge hidden clutter in the loft needs dealing with as I would love to get a conversion to make a nice bedroom for my son so have pulled down 3 bags of my daughters old clothes and will be listing them on eBay, once they are gone I am going to chip away at the loft till all that is left is the Xmas decs, they are the only things up there that we really need but the loft is practically full:eek:I'm such a hoarder:whistle:0 -
