PS: OK, so the bad reviews are back up on TP (with new ones rolling in), but why on earth is their rating still 8/10???? You couldn't make it up!
I think it's safe to assume 5 stars is 10/10 and one star is 2/10.
If you get one mark of 10/10 and one mark of 2/10 that's a total of 12/20 and an average of 6/10, or three stars.
If they have received 400 five-star reviews, then it's going to need significantly more one-star reviews to bring the average down.
However, the overall tone of recent reviews is giving a fairly one-sided impression to anyone who finds the messages, and I'm sure I saw the average at 8.7 just a few weeks ago, so it is already being dented.
I will stress again that I have no personal grievance here, have never dealt with this company and am merely rubber-necking, but I can do sums so I hope my explanation helps.0 -
Trustpilot is open again for reviews if you're armed with an order number. I've managed to post an update on mine (Predictably, my refund has failed to materialise)
Get on quickly before they stop it again.

Nearly feel of my chair reading that0 -
Aye, seems funny considering they no longer have TP plastered on their front page that people go out of their way to find somewhere to post a glowing review.0

Just had a look on TP, that review was put up a few weeks ago in the middle of everything kicking off.
Did anyone else ever get a call from TP ?0 -
Maybe post a message on their forum asking where their Twitter account has gone #Naughty0
