    Just found this on their forum from a member, seems they are now refunding customers who have not even asked for a refund.

    "Hey OHC, i placed an order on the 24/2/12 and some items were out of stock ect so i patiently waited for my delivery which was supposed to be dispatched today but instead on my account information it said that my order had been refunded, i couldnt work out the reason as to why plus i hadnt requested any of my order to be cancelled/refunded. id really appreciate a reply as to why this has happened, my order number is 1119085"

    Maybe TS have got hold of them at last.

    They've still got me on their "friends activity " page on Facebook I've emailed them twice and told them to remove it and reported it to the ASA Grrrrrr :mad:
    I can't imagine what their new name will be ? but I bet there are some clever folk on here with suggestions eh !;)
  • I registered with this site with the sole purpose of adding to the warnings already posted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am still waiting on a refund and no replies to any of my daily emails. My bank has said they will help if i will send my emails to them. I wish i could do more and i wish i had looked here first before placing an order.
    lesson learned.

    My order's status has moved from "cancelled" to "refunded" on the very day I told them they had five days to refund my cash or I'd take them to the Small Claims Court.

    I await it becoming visible on my CC account.

    I,m not holding my breath though.

    I've registered here too as a BIY customer - even though unlike many, I've acutally received everything i've ever ordered from them (most probably because I spend about £20 a time tops)

    There's a mass rash of order cancellations there at the moment - second I saw mine was cancelled I suspencted that they were probably doing a runner so I've just contacted my bank to arrange a chargeback for my missing £20 - anyone who hasn't, i'd suggest you do so ASAP - dont wait for their "10 day" refund period as its likely they wont be there in 10 days (or your money)

    I find it silly really - if the company had been run properly they could have had a really good business

    Read your post on their forum (although now removed), perhaps that was the best way to order 1 or 2 items at a time.

    Oh yeah did you get a warning or ban ( in true BIY style) for starting such on offensive and abusive thread ?
