OK i can see your point, but the confusion is arising here as Amazon allow 3rd party sellers to add themselves as sellers on pre existing listings, the link you have posted is for a product that we have made the listing for and then OLHBco have added themselves as a seller which you have chosen to view via their storefront. If you were to view the same product directly from an Amazon search you would see all available sellers (including ourselves) listed separately. Both Ourselves and Bigger Jugs have been on Amazon for many years and both have many happy customers and good reviews. When shopping on Amazon it is always worth checking who you are buying from and check their Amazon feedback first.0 -
Off Amazon - LOL at this line "We are not an ebay style here today, gone tomorrow, trading company."

So are you saying that you have no dealings what so ever with The Online Shopping Company?
If you don't them maybe you should try and get there links removed from products you sell.0 -
I like the bit where they say...
"We are not an ebay style here today, gone tomorrow, trading company. "

Just to confirm that is correct "we have no links at all to OHBco" and would like nothing more than to be able to have them removed from our product listings. Unfortunately this is out of our control as this is the way Amazon Market Place works. So for example even if you as an individual had a beer kit that you wanted to sell "unwanted gift etc" you would be able to add it to that listing. If you search some really popular products on Amazon (books etc.) it is not uncommon to see this item available from over 20 different sellers (both new and used) on the one single listing.0

Hi, I can say for absolute certain that Biggerjugs are based in Watford and do all their own despatches. I don't work for them but pop in to their warehouse quite often as they are close to where I work.
I'll drop them an email to see if they are aware that they are being linked on here with other companies.0 -
Finally managed to update my TP post, I added in this section ( not that it'll make any difference ) from the OFT business guide for distance selling.

The retailer must refund the full amount including the delivery
costs as soon as possible after the consumer cancels, and in
any case within 30 days at the latest. You cannot insist on the
goods being received by you before you make a refund.0
