My review is back up but I can't edit it because my validation code no longer works...again.

If anyone is in any doubt about their lack of customer service, here it is in black and white.

One of my reviews is back on but not the really bad one, least its showing as a 1* so brings their average down.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they removed themselves from TP as it goes with all the bad press

We received 2 orders on the 20th Dec under the name PAUL, both of which have been confirmed as delivered so we suspect this may be a fraudulent review.

I would love to know if they have been in contact with the Admins of this site asking for this thread to be removed, 7,322 views, thats some serious bad press right there lol I bet the odd emergency board meeting has been called over the last week lolol

They have threatened The Home Brew Forum with legal action if postings complaining about their
cr*ppy service are not removed.
Maybe they are frightened of the power of the MSE Forum !!!
