Good to see this has had 6,331 views and counting, this is the kind of exposure this needs.

I’m still 50/50 about TrustPilot, any review site that allows the company to edit / deleted posts and only allow “happy customers” to make a review is also a little dodgy in my eyes, they should just boot TOHC off the site and be done with them.

The validation code should be your order number. If this does not work, there seems to be something wrong with the way the company are using this feature. As mentioned, we are currently investigating this company, so I kindly ask you to have patience, as we are gathering documentation from other users in the same situation as yourself.

Noticed my order was marked as "Refunded" on the 17th.

Still no sign of it in my bank account yet. May take a while to go through but I'll let you know when (if) it happens.

I see some reviews are appearing on TP again. I just received an email from Kasper @ TP asking for proof that I have indeed used this company, I sent them one last Wednesday ! and my review is also marked as being from a verified buyer.

@ EL, nothing as yet, they did say 2 weeks before I'd hear anything. I'll leave it a few more days before I go in and ask them to chase it up.

I reckon your bank will be the only way your get your money back, maybe also worth mailing SagePay and ask them if a refund has been requested as they will know.
