I got the same stock reply as above from TrustPilot... I do agree that TP are largely victims of a very bad company here, but do also believe that leaving an honest review of their services is acceptable in this case.
I actually purchased from the OHBC directly as a result of the "positive" TP review score of them, and my review amounts to a complete appraisal of my experience of TP to date. The basic truth is that I am still £60 out of pocket based on TP's recommendation... On the basis of the cracks in the TP system, it has completely failed me...
I fully intend to change my 1 star review to 5 stars should TP do something positive about both the OHBC & the flaws in TP's system. On this basis I believe I am helping to bring about positive change in terms of both protecting further customers from the OHBC's shoddy service AND encouraging TP to improve their service.
By the way, my recent review (1 star) of the OHBC has just been reinstated by TP... They are still ranked as "good" at 8.1 however...

Oh, and my goods were marked by the OHBC as "being packed" on Friday, and are still marked the same today (Monday 10pm)! Based on the 48 hours it has taken to do it (weekend accepted), I fully expect to need time off work to unwrap it again !
32 days & counting, now... I am convinced that this company are now folding (much of the excellent info gathered by previous reviewers about the OHBC's linked interests certainly suggests it......) .

It amazes me how many orders are left to get the promo prices. It was 9 a few days ago, then 12, then 6, now 20. Almost as bad at counting as they are at customer service.

Strange, I can understand the OHBC reporting the neg reviews but who keeps reporting the 5* reviews.This chap left a 5*review
denis haigh. maybe he ordered they only kit they had.Or maybe he is DP's long lost Grandfarther, god only knows but he must have been happy with the service he got.
I have managed to read some of the counter reviews before they were removed, how can anyone put great comms when there is no phone number, and kept updated !!!!!! an email every 6 days telling your order has moved further away great updates.
I still have faith TP will sort it out, as an earlier post suggested people may well have decided to purchase from TOHC purely because of their rating and 5* comments left by happy customers (cough cough) I know I did.

Quite funny that, I noticed that the other week on one of their other promotions at one point it was down to the last one , then moved up then down then up to about 77, anything to reel the customer in.Got to give them some credit, they know how to hard sell and increase sales just a shame they don't have the products they are selling.:rotfl:

Out of interest has anybody got any brews on the go, I have just bottled St Peters IPA, Muntons gold IPA (upped the ABV a bit) and St Peters Ruby Red.
Ready to start a Norfolk Nog, just need some more bottles.

Does anyone know why Paul, Alex, Simon and Ian's 1* reviews on TP are still showing up?
No doubt if TP reinstate the other 1* reviews someone else will report them for investigation and it will keep going round in circles until something gives.
