Does anyone know why Paul, Alex, Simon and Ian's 1* reviews on TP are still showing up?
No doubt if TP reinstate the other 1* reviews someone else will report them for investigation and it will keep going round in circles until something gives.
It's taken a lot of effort to ensure they stay on there - they have been removed and re-added a number of times.
The reviews are accurate and I think TP understand that now, not sure if they have done something to keep them on there, perhaps they have issued a warning not to remove them?
Keep at TP to reinstate, just make sure you keep to the facts - they can't dispute the truth.
Had a email from TP this morning saying they have removed my 1* review of TP. I think that’s a bit naughty of them, they have still not properly dealt with this. I guess that TP having a 3* 6.5 Acceptable rating doesn't say much for them, esp when OLBC have a 4* 8.1 good! :mad:0 -
I received my refund yesterday, not from BIY I may add but through the bank as a disputed refund. 2 months to the day since I placed the order.
I noticed at the weekend someone posted on their forum asking about contacting the company because they were getting no reply from the online help, guess what happened ?!0 -
I reworded my 1* review and it is now back up on TP(how long for I don't know), mind you a long way down the list.:T

Just got this from Kasper after I had reworded it, this sort of review layout seems to fit the bill.
Hi David
Thank you for your email.
It seems your review had been reported for being in violation of our guidelines.
I have had a look at it and it does not in any way contravene the guidelines, and has been returned to the website.0 -
Just checked my bank account. My refund (direct from TOHC) has actually gone in!
I must be one of the lucky ones as I received some of my stock and a refund for the rest of it.
I think we'd all agree that for an order placed on the 26th December 2011 to be fully resolved two months later (with continual chasing) is pretty damn poor.
At least I shall be able to write a fully comprehensive reivew of their ordering process and lack of customer service now - whether it gets published or not remains to be seen.
I hope that the rest of you get what is owed from this bunch of complete ####ers.:beer:0 -
Our refunds are probably at someone else's cost. Some poor sod who ordered last week.0
