I've just had amother look on the sonycard application page and it now says:

"2000 FREE SonyCard Pulsebeats when you first use your SonyCard - that's enough to claim a FREE DVD!! "

Have they changed the offer now? I'm sure when I received my welcome letter it stated 8200 pulsebeats (which I think I've thrown away:doh: )

like most others here i. too, have only received 2024 pulsebeats. instead of 0870 no. i phoned sony sales at 01635860855 and after a wait i was told to ring mbna freephone no. and hold on. again like someone else, i was told that they would look into it and contact me in 5 days!!
have we any chance of the mp3 player???

I too have only 2009 pulsebeats. i Rang MBNA, Very helpfull they said that a company called DISS is looking after the pulsebeats side of the credit card and to contact them about the 8200 offer (tel number for DISS 0870 036 2444) they also deal with the 'cashing in' of pulsebeats as regards to the MP3 player etc. MBNA also pointed out that if your pulsebeats are not used within 36 months then they are deleted.

will call them tomorrow.

MBNA couldn't explain the 2000 pulsebeats??

My statement says 2027 points. Will ring them Tuesday when I get back from a weekend away

Just rang MBNA (0800 062062) re points balance as we too only had 2000+ points, they put us through to the Sony Points Department. They then confirmed that we were on their spreadsheet to receive the 8200 points in the next 5-7 days.
we were also told that the 2000 points on this statement were added by MBNA so we are now wondering whether next week we will have 10200+ points!!:beer:

SONY CARD

I called the MBNA free phone number today as I had been credited with 2000 point plus 31.98 points which represents the amount I spent on the card. I was told that the MP3 player points (8200) would be added 28 days after the date I used the card.
From reading all these posts, it looks like we are all being told different things so I would guess the staff haven't a clue.
Gardi, would you let us know when you get yours and whether or not it is 28 days after you used the card?

Has anyone actually received the 20000 points on the BMI classic card? Seeing as the website doesnt actually state it (but does for the BMI Card with Annual Fee), would be interesting to hear if they are keeping to their word.....
