I agree, CS has gone downhill, the 20,000 points were worth it though (I think there was a slight slipup there )

Applied for Shell and Asda ones last week - have received some emails about Asda card but no cards yet or anything at all from Shell???...

Actually I don't think this is limited to just National Trust members, as I hinted in my original post.
