Well ladies we're into week 2!!! Lets give all of us a big clap for getting through week 1:T
As it's a weekend and my lovely hubbie has taken our three year old swimming this morning I [under the watchful eyes of my 4 month old] have done a fab workout. Before Jillian, Nell McAndrew was my fitness guru and I always used to love her dvds so this morning for a change I did her Cardio, Tone and Stretch DVD and I was pleasntly suprised I always used to find them really hard but compared to Jillian it was not too bad [longer but not quite so full on]. So feeling energised by this workout I've just done Level One of the shred which was fab as the first day I did it I did feel like I was going to die but today it was actually easier. It's amazing how much you can improve in one week [although the same can be said for losing it] after my babies I felt so unfit [even though I walked loads through the pregnancies] exercise is clearly something you reall have to keep up if you want to stay on top of your fitness levels. Woo hoo feeling very motivated for week 2 hoping to have slightly better losses next week too. Hope you all have a good wknd xxx0 -

Is this the one that was on Living today? I have actually never watched it before but just ordered JM DVD's because of reading reviews online. I had BL on in the background today and I was hooked:T
Day 4 for me today, and it is definitely getting easier.
Looking forward to hear how everyone does when we get to Level 2:eek:xxx0 -
Hiya,
I was suppose to join this at the start of the month but have been really unwell so I will start on Monday if that is ok? Really looking forward to a healthier year lol

My OH got me weights for my B'day last year (how romantic:rotfl:)
Ther's 3 sizes and I use the middle ones which I think are 1.5kg - not sure if this is okay? I find them fairly light for the main Level 1 workout, but by the time I get to the side lunges and lifts, they are starting to get really heavy!:o0 -
Well after a week of watching what I eat and doing a bit on the wii and having a BAAADD weekend (cinema Friday night-pick n' mix, 1 1/2 bottles wine Sat night!) I lost 1lb, which I'm quite pleased about! Am going to try and up the ante this week, I'm signing up to a 6 week zumba course starting this week too!0

I missed yesterday but I got up early on Saturday to get it out of the way, OH walked in on me mid-jumping-jack and then walked out again! I'm already noticing a bit of a difference, it must be the mixture of the gym and the Shred but I'm definitely seeing more muscle definition around my stomach, getting a little outline of a six pack, albeit one hidden behind a squishy layer of 'insulation'!
Feeling motivated to stick with it now that I can see it's doing something!
I've lost 2lb this week but I really need to up the ante too since I'm rapidly running out of time! Going shopping after work for lots of diet food and I'm going to make an eating plan and stick to it!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
