I'm doing day 4 of level 1 today. OH did it with me yesterday and we both nearly died! haha
Really feeling it in my arms today. I hate doing those blasted press ups and star jumps.
It's also weigh in day and I'm not feeling very confident, especially as I managed a bottle of wine last night to myself.. eeeekWhat matters most is how well you walk through the fire0 -
Well, day 4 of level 1 done
I haven't done it consecutively as I've been going to the gym too. So have done 3 days gym and 4 days shred in the past 8 days. Scales showing no weight loss at all
which I'm not impressed with. However, there does seem to be an inch of waist lost! Which is the most important part for me right now, as my dress fits down below but won't do up at the back yet

Day 6 done. Quite proud of myself as I even got up at 6am yesterday so I'd have time to complete day 5 as we were off to London.
I found it a bit easier today, so maybe it's working! I even did some of the real press-ups, although I can't go all the way down else I fall flat on my face trying to get up again :rotfl:
I'm gonna measure every 10 days, I soooo hope it works! Can't wait!!! I just noticed we've got a smilie just for this challenge --> :j0 -

hi apparantly from what i have read, the results are more inch loss than weight loss. this is because you build up lean muscle mass which weighs more than fat.0 -
Day 2 today... Was fine actually but feeling really sore now, getting up/down the stairs leaves me looking like a geriatric lol! ouch!0

Day 1 done today. Not horrific, although I did feel quite ill afterwards! I think that that was down to my not eating enough though, so lesson learned.

We'll see how I feel tomorrow.....
