Day 8 for me today. 2 more days of level one before I move on. I had a sneak peek and wasn't too keen to see more lunges... anything but lunges. I didn't see the plank-jacks though - I guess I'll keep that as a surprise for Friday.
What's really surprised me is that it does seem to be working! Silly really, but I didn't really believe that a week in I'd actually be noticing any difference. Maybe not in numbers, but I no longer feel like I'm going to die after each 2min cardio session

Oh dear. My knee is feeling very stiff. It felt a little stiff afterwards but I didn't think much of it, but it's still feeling weird hours later, and has swelled a little. I think I must have done one of the moves wrong and done something to a ligament. On Day 1. Well done me :doh:
I'll see how it's feeling tomorrow - I'm hoping I can get away with just going very gentle on, or even missing out, squat-based movements.

It's feeling much better so I obviously didn't do anything too serious. I've got full movement back - couldn't straighten my leg fully yesterday evening, and walking hurt a little, but that's gone now.
I'll leave it for today to rest and then do day 2 tomorrow - carefully!

just done day one of level one.....MY GOD..lol the jumps are no good if you have big boobies lol.will have to invest in a sports bra, found it really dificult to begin with, but kept chantin 'jeans and shoes to myself to get through. feel really good now thou..guess the pain comes later lol..are you supposed to do it every day???.mum to two beautiful children:T0

Thanks just ordered, It looks like this'll do the trick. Just need to tone up a bit after christmas, so hope this will help.

i know what you mean.:D 34ff before had my little lad and bigger cups now. i wear a normal bra plus a old maternity one at the same time to try and reduce bounce:embarasse
