Just finished Level 2 Day 1 OMG!!! The lovely Jillian finishes with a quip about how 'We'll see you tomorrow!' LOL we will see, feel very achey already. Level 1 seems easy in comparison, the plank is not my favourite move

  • No shred today, but I did spend an hour in the gym :)

Oh, and I have a sports bra. I started off one day without using it, had to stop the dvd and find it before restarting! Was so painful lol

Am weighing/measuring tomorrow, hoping for something good as in the last 12 days I've done shred 6 times and gym 5 times!

    That's great! 4lbs and 2 inches off your waist - woohoo!!! :T

I'm intending to do Day 2 of Level 1 tomorrow - I have left it a couple of days after hurting my knee on Day 1, but it feels as good as new now, so I'll be back on it...

    Hey ladies

Was supposed to be on Day 10 of Level 2 (so Day 20 in all!), but just too exhausted this morning so will have to try and do it tonight. Did do a spin class last night though.

You definitely need a sports bra and good trainers (*especially for level 2!).

I am dreading starting Level 3 tomorrow, only just got used to level 2 and still have days where I can't keep up (and that's on top of 2 spin classes and 3 gym sessions a week!!!!_ - maybe I'm just really unfit!!!! x

    Morning All,
I had Zumba last night, it is great! A bit difficult to get all the steps right, but SO much fun! Also, it seems to be "whatever goes" so if you can't do what the teacher is doing, you just do your own version. I highly recommend it-it didn't feel like an excersize class at all!
I am doing my weigh-in's on a Sunday so I don't known how I've done this week, but the H2B says he is starting to see a difference, and I'm sure my trousers feel a bit loser! (although that could be because I haven't washed them for a while :D)
    fingers crossed! x
  • Well, done my measuring today and I've lost 3lbs, 3 inches of my waist and 3 off my hips! Very happy with that. No arm inch loss despite the weights but I really can't grumble (much ;) ) about that. Will do level 1 day 7 later today :D

Well done to everyone still going!

I'm still going, currently on level 2 and it's hard! I missed last night but back to it tonight after the gym. I haven't measured myself (because I'm useless!) but I've lost another lb. Getting a bit worried as I'd like to lose 8lbs in 3 weeks but I've only been losing 1-2lbs a week so it's not going to happen! I'm going to ask OH if I'm 'allowed' to go on the super expensive but super effective Idiot Proof Diet for the next 3 weeks, the food costs a lot and I'll be a bit ratty for the first few days but the weight drops off!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!
