Oh my goodness, I am having sugar withdrawal, I'm sure of it! I've only had 1 chocolate today, so that's good!
Didn't manage the wii fit last night, but I have no plans for this evening, so will do some. I'm going to have to start a mantra or something-my friend had one before her wedding..
"Size 10 dress, size 14 bottom" She just said it over and over again whenever she was tempted to eat something naughty!!

i did Level 1 day 1 last night, and thought I was going to die! Still feel a bit sore today (have to admit driving in to work in heavy traffic was painful on the legs!)

Will do Level 1 again this evening - I just hope it starts to get a bit easier soon!

My Shreddy DVD arrived today, but as I have only just finished my tea, I am going to start tomorrow. Will find my tape measure and post my measurements - in a weird kind of way I am looking forward to my first session!

Joined Slimming World the other day, was shocked but as my 14's are quite snug not really a suprise - ahhh well I will be looking fine for my Kenya safari and Zanzibar honeymoon, not exactly MSE but after 11 years together we deserve it.

Hiya Jenny no I think it is season 8 [It was aired in America in 2008 so it's an old one definitely but I haven't seen it before.

Season 8 is a good one. The person that wins, no one recognises due to all the weight they have lost, and they lost ALOT! Have fun watching

Thanks Jenny. The last one I watched Danny won and he looked like a different person too it was amazing, and Rebecca she looked awesome! It's so inspiring to watch x
