I bought this DVD months ago and it is still in the cellophane but reading on here about it has motivated me to maybe give it a go. I have put on so much weight in the last 12 months. None of my clothes fit properly. It's really getting me down
I've given up bread and chocolate for lent so I think I need to start getting active.... think it's going to be hard as I am soooo unfit!!!! 0 -

I am on Day 11, Level 2 is truly horrendous :eek:
Stick with level 1 guys, I found that by Day 4 I started to ache less, it definitely gets easier!0 -

I gave the video a scan yesterday and thought that looks so easy what are they all on about?
