anyone fancy joining me doing 30 day shred in new year?

just about to begin. I did a gym session this morning, and intended to do the shred when I got home from work, but H2B wanted to have hugs on the sofa.
My back is ok, it's just on a hair trigger. I swear I've managed to throw it out just by walking across the room. As long as I pay attention to my position and don't push it too much I'll be ok.
Not sure if it's making any difference. My jeans feel looser but that could be because I've worn them in a bit.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Hi everyone!
It's the 30th of January - exactly 30 days since the challenge started. Is it anyone's final day today?
I've just completed day 20, so I'm out of level 2! I still collapse in a heap at the end of it, but it's a more controlled collapse than it was when I started
Current measurements are below. There's not a huge change in numbers, but I can feel muscle underneath my tummy "padding" now. Quite excited about it!!
My weight as of now is [STRIKE]10' 13.5" 10' 9.25"[/STRIKE] 10' 9"
Leg [STRIKE]24.7" 24.5"[/STRIKE] 24.25"
Arm [STRIKE]11.75" 11.5"[/STRIKE] 11.5"
Waist [STRIKE]30.5" 28.5"[/STRIKE] 28"
Tummy [STRIKE]35.75" 35.5"[/STRIKE] 34.5"0 -

Last day of the shred for me today!!! Starting the six week plan by JM tomorrow.
Not weighed yet this week, but have done 12 lbs in the 30 days, and my dress fits perfectly. I could not be happier! Thanks to all who post - hearing how everyone else is doing has really kept me going x0 -
Well done Vixi! Great new about the dress

hi all - well day 2 yesterday - and today I can barely move:rotfl:
I ache in places I didn't know existed - I'm guessing this is pretty standard though?!Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Yes rupe, after a couple of days the aching will stop. Its because your muscles have had a shock. Then when you move onto level 2 you'll get different aches for a couple of days! hahaWhat matters most is how well you walk through the fire0

Just started level 2. May I just say Jillian Michaels, I really, really hate you!!
I don't sweat as much as this when I've done 39 minutes of interval training in the gym.
Can I just ask how people manage to stay up in the plank thingys. I kept sliding forwards or falling over sideways. I think I actually spent most of that workout trying not to fall over.
Ooh forgot to say, I was at work today and one of the girls who has been out of the office for a couple of weeks commented on how much slimmer I look. Yay!!Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
