Much to my amazement, I did! Or felt the difference more than seeing it - my sides feel really solid when I tense them. I'm sure they never did that before. I've still got a wobbly tum, but I went down a notch on my belt, so something must've worked
I promised myself I'd finish it off in Feb, so I started back just in a nick of time - it's my day 30 tomorrow! Thanks toothfairy, seeing your post inspired me to start back again. Then only 60 days till the big day - wonder if I should do 2 more lots of shreds?!

I just thought I would post the piccie of what made me start doing Shred - I bought my dress last June and then went on some crazy eating binge between September and Xmas which made me feel quite repulsed when I tried my dress on. I was kidding myself that it would still look OK, on the basis that I still fitted in my jeans - foolish girl that I am!!!

I did the shred last summer, got to about day 25 then it got too hot! Took it up again in Jan and have prob done around 30 days of it since then (mostly level 3) but got so bored of it so I lost motivation last week.
I've now got this, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism also from Jillian Michaels. Did it for the first time today and :shocked: it's SO HARD! It's like the hardest parts of the Shred plus other moves... but for 50 MINUTES! I just managed to get through it, definitely won't be doing it every day but I can tell it is a really good workout.
So, for all of those who've finished their Shred or want something different for a while, try this one!0 -
I was thinking of starting this as I've fallen off the gym waggon badly and I think that short sharp burst might suit me better. Has anyone seen the DVD going cheap anywhere?

It is £4.99 at the mo in Amazon and Play, which seems quite good to me.
I am on day 2 and I have never ached so much in my life, my arms are killing me and even just walking down the stairs really hurts!!
