I'm starting to hate her too... I'm on day 24, and I can't wait for the end of Day 30!!!! I'm curious to see what happens on day 31 though - will I revert back to complete couch potato-ness, or will I find that I've become hooked on exercise... ?0 -

Today was the first day I've done all the squat thrusts without stopping/tipping over. So proud :rotfl:Still not sure I'm doing the ab-plank=twist thing right tho, doesn't feel like I'm doing anything but killing my arms!
Today was day 4 of level 2, although I hadn't shredded for over a week before today (have been to the gym a few times tho). Can feel the difference the gym has made, felt a lot stronger in a lot of the moves. Didn't have to stop in any exercise til the plank jacks, had a quick pant during that!
Have also cut out unnecessary sugar (apart from sugar Sundays!) and am feeling good on that.
Oh, and I did 20 min of zumba fitness on Kinect after shred, am shatted now :rotfl:I have spread my dreams under your feet;

Heh I did day 3 of level 2 today and I stupidly forgot to take my socks off. Cue sliding out of all the planks.
I'm also reassured that Natalie looks like she wants to cry and keeps cheating.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
So who has managed to finish this? I have recently started again after falling off the wagon badly, i have to stick to it now though only 6 months left - the pressure is on! Am interested to hear what results you have all got, would be good motivation for those of us who are just starting/struggling

I got all the way to day 25... felt ill for a couple of days so skipped them, and then didn't start back. Bad me! Keep thinking I need to start back - only 2 months to go for me :eek:0 -
Did you see much of a difference after all that lol?0

I've totally fallen off the wagon after only 2 weeks. I did lose 1.5 inches off my waist in that time, then I got a chest infection and it hurt too much to jump around.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
