I have to agree with that....
UNLESS Mrs Roberts is a surviving spouse, the property was owned as joint tenants, that might mean that the sale can proceed before probate is granted, as it is already contracted?My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead

I did read the Neighbours producers are looking for script writers, perhaps you can start a new life in Oz, this one should keep them going for a few weeks.
