I can wholeheartedly assure you, I am in a living nightmare. I may have over dramatised a few things, but the truth is there.
They are on the whole nice people, the request for a reduction makes them "not decent" people.
They have invested here as well. Their whole life is in my driveway.0 -
Just because someone is pleasant company doesn't mean they are actually nice - I still enjoy the company of the woman who told my ex that he should ditch me and move in with her, but I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her!

I dont believe a word of it, but my fave reads are usually fiction and I love 'em none the less for it!
Of course, there is a flip side to exchanging - they sound like they will devalue the neighbourhood somewhat in any event - it might end up costing you way more than £8k in reduced value of your new home next door but one! Don't sell to them!!!!0 -
