Sad as it is, forget Mother Clampett.

Had they not launched themselves on your drive then you would have been none the wiser and their mother would not have died (!).

This may be another attempt to get the price to go down - have you seen the body:rotfl:

Stand firm and do not give them another inch.
Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed. ;)

Oh dear me.!!!!! sorry the old gel has died, but at least you wont have 2 pairs of railings on your bathroom window sill now....:D
  • Sorry to hear the latest turn of events. So the 4th has come and gone and there's been no exchange and there's been a demand for a drop in price. I get the feeling this was the plan all along (albeit without going to extreme lengths of the assassination of Mrs C senior).

Please talk to these people properly and lay down your ultimates. They either exchange tomorrow or leave lock, stock and camper-gear. Bag-for-life's and peg-bags must surely make great urn-replacements in case of emergencies...and that's not just for Mrs. C senior, it's for the urn on the micro that's an accident waiting to happen.

If anyone asks, 'I know notheeeng'.

  • OOPS sorry my earlier posts were definetly bad taste, have sober;d up sufficently to say how sorry i am for all involved. also mrs jones i appologise taking on columbo even for the greater good was a call to far. so funeral arrangements.... they are sure to need a permanant address for all those things and with luck exchange could be back on . at least there is no legal ramification likely now.

  • I'm sure that this "story" has more life left in it, and that the OP can and will drag it out for a while longer - think of the possibilities!!!
