eBay seller gave refund then posted expensive item anyway

...don't forget to ask for the £10 back as well, that was 'theft' too, as they kept money they were not entitled to (and you could have opened a dispute probably?).0

It's not worth arguing the semantics with a thieving scumbag that deserves to have his hands cut off. IMHO you have clearly worked some scam on this eBayer, but I'm sure you'll get yours. What goes around....yellowcrud wrote: »reference?
Perhaps you want to find something else to do rather than boast here how you've robbed someone? It's a pretty small and petty robbery and not much to crow about.....0 -
Absaloutley Mr_Oink, you say it so well :T0

What are the chances that this individual has threatened and abused this eBayer, bullying them into giving away money and the item in order to protect their feedback? You know the kind of lice on eBay you find doing this since they changed the rules to stop sellers posting feedback. Perhaps YellowCrud would like to link to the item so we can ask the seller for their take on this and clear it up......
Personally, I think this is perfectly in order:

Ok so we have a seller who sold an item with christmas delivery, decided they couldn't do it after all, refused a full refund and kept an amount back, but then posted it, and it's in poor condition? And the buyers the scumbag?
If they're dumb enough to do that, the op should insist on a full refund, and the cost of return postage.
Otherwise it's the seller having a scam on the Royal Mail, and they'll be claiming it was lost in the post.0 -

Yes. He has goods that are not his, he has not paid for, is refusing to return or pay for. It's really that simple, but by all means jump in and defend him.......
Naturally if he is innocent in all this, he will happily post the eBay item number so we can ask the seller, yes? Clear it up for good?0 -

The seller has money that's not their's but that's ok? I'm sure if the seller returns it, covers the return postage, the op may have a different view.0 -
Let's not eh, I sure the op can do without a lynch mob of baying sellers.0
