eBay seller gave refund then posted expensive item anyway

That would be forcing me to complete a sale we agreed to cancel - hence me feeling that it's a scam. The item is in pretty poor condition and not really worth the end price. So it would have been returned anyway if completed in a normal way. But, this isn't normal. She issue a refund, then two days later, sent the item to me.

I agree - it is the honourable thing to do. It is thieving if you don't so its just whether or not you are that type of person which I hope your not. There is unlikely to be a single person on here that will tell you to keep both the item and the money hun

If you've got any sense of honour, you'll return it to the seller or pay. Instead of hoping to just get away with a freebie which its clear you're hoping to do....
