  • hi all, it looks like im going to have to go bankrupt, ive done my SOA today and without any entertainment/fags for hubby or an occasional takeaway we are still falling about 170 quid short!!!
    So, I'm sure I will be mooching about these parts for a fair while to come while I sort this mess out

    thank you, here is my SOA, if anyone has any advice that would be great. I'm going to phone debtline today if little one goes to bed early enough before they shut. Does this look ok or can anyone foresee any problems?
    Just for the record I dont work and my husband is SE, all debts and mortgage are in my name so it will just be me who is going BR

    Welcome to the forum.

    You may get more replies if you start a new thread and post your SOA on that. It will probably get viewed more that way.

    I would advise, but not that experienced with SOA's.:o Mine and hubbys was not even commented on by the OR so can'y give you the benefit of my experience ;)

    Hi all, im not yet in the jan 11 BR club but i am booked in for the 31st at 9.15

    im nervous but looking forward to it at the same time as ive been putting it off for so long.

    all my paperwork is done but ive got a couple of mistakes so i got a couple of fresh forms today and will be redoing them slowly and as neat as possible, only real mistakes are a couple of spelling errors and i left my dad off my creditors as he has basically helped me survive over the last few months so im putting him down for £500 but i get the feeling i owe him more.
