    Bankrupt Jan 2011, . Not as bad as I thought at the minute but sick of mortgage people harrassing me even though bankrupt

    Well myself and my now EX partner both went BR at the same time, although the letters we recieved to say we are each BR is dated a day apart.
    Letter gave name address phone No of OR and said we would be contacted in 6 months.
    Neither of us have had any phone calls, nothing at all other than the letter. OK it was in Scotland and LILA (low income low assets)
    I still expected a call though as everyone seems to get a call...
    Never Give Up hope!
