We also received the same :j phone call,stating we would receive our two psp,s wednesday.

Will we have to pay customs, did they mention it?

Also, do you really think they will turn up? There's alot of bad comments early on in this post.

Being honest i don't know about customs,would of thought this would of been included in the original price as the original supplier was from abroad , and i can't see customs releasing the consoles until all the relevant duties are settled.From the conversation i had with Alex Cohen i think they will be equally as glad to get this matter settled as quickly as possible.So hopefully our consoles will be with us sooner rather than later.

Are these 20 the customs have, from the first or second batch to be posted out? I have had no phone call so maybe i'm way down the list and mines still sat on the refurb bench.
Or worse not even got on the bench yet!!!

refund went through nochex, they emailed to say i had typed my email address wrong so that was the delay in sending a refund. All i know is it came back and i am a happy bunny now.

good news.... psp came this morning.
Bad news.......It's at the post office because there's a £8.21 customs charge.

Don't knock it ronny at least its turned up,bet you'd of paid £8 yest when it hadn't turned up.Glad to hear your sorted out,hopefully ours will turn up soon.

Well in response to my above post.
It was not my psp after all. it was a package from the USA i'd totally forgot about. "gutted"

On a positive note, Alex from zu says there will be no customs charge.

Received an e/mail from Alex Cohen at Zu this morning. The consoles have still not left customs but were apparently pending release this afternoon.He said he would get back in touch later but still havent heard anything up to present.Sorry i can't post anything positive but thought i would add this for anyone still waiting.If anyone has knowledge of the customs proceedure would they please enlighten me.Thx Frazer
