Received an e/mail from Alex Cohen today after i asked for a tracking number for our two psp's we ordered. He informed us that the first batch of deliveries had been delivered this week and the next shipment was due on Monday.So i thought i would post this for the benefit of others in the same situation as myself ( every bloody delivery van goes past got nose up at the window).So looks like those waiting will have to relax till mon,tues.The deliveries have obviously started but like any backlog will take time to clear, but boy will i be glad when they eventually appear.Hope this helps

PSP arrived, but not from France, from Dublin and its in English

They must be sending them out from all over the world, just to meet demand.

Quality is good and it works perfectly, just thought I would let yous know as I know some people are expecting them to arrive from france.

This company seem to have got a lot of bad press here, imho i dotn think people realise that they are getting and ordering a refurbished psp, if you want a psp just to play games on go to the shops and buy one, if you want a psp for parts or to mod or to play homebrew apps on then zudirect psps are for you. Like any specialist item at Christmas, there are bound to be some delays, hang on in there!:beer:

Mine has still not arrived. I emailed them about a month ago saying I wanted it for a birthday on 28th Nov, and a few days later I got the email saing it will arrive withing 5-7 days, but still nothing. I'll have to send them another email.

just to let you know zudirect did give me a full refund its on my credit card. shame it took so long

Did you get an email from nochex or did the refund not go through them.

Just got an update from ZUDIRECT via phone, some psps are still with customs, including mine apparently. When I asked if I was the only one, she said that there were 20 odd psps held there, so this info may benefit you if you are waiting on your psp and were given today as the delivery date.

According to the woman at ZU, they should be released by lunchtime tomorrow and put on a nextday service so I (or we) should have it by Wednesday .

I will keep you all updated
