Well well well, after weeks of sweating over this forum, Zu have come through!

I got my psp, its French, which I nearly freaked out over, but then I found out how to change the language easy enough.:rotfl:

So here the verdict –

Quality – 4/5 Looks nearly brand new

Screen – 100% no dead pixels

Packaging, 4/5 Nearly new condition (important for me as this is a gift)

Also got a free carry case, and travel kit.

My order status was BTR as well by the way, I dunno what that means

So all in Zudirect.com did deliver, I would say others probably got theirs today also:T

can you tell me the FW version and courier used.
There are quite afew people on here waiting for psp's so with the lack of
"yippp eeeeeeeee's mines come today, i think your the first.

I can understand you not wanting to post sooner because you will get flack but maybee you could stick around and answer some questions and prove people wrong.

Oh yes I forgot, I have to complain on these forums for a few weeks before I can post anything positive, silly me. Jeez some of your guys should get a life.

The reason I never posted before is because I was getting regular updates from the company and there was enough complaints on here to make any point, I was given a delivery deadline by zu, so I thought I will wait and see.

Nothing like a good drama to excite your life eh?



Now to purpleronnie and anyone else who is not hysterical -

It was delivered via royal mail, but it looks like it came into the uk by another company and was then collected via our postal system. There is about 4 different labels on the box.

The firmware is 1.5

Oh and also, the address on the invoice matches that on their website.

I hope this helps you out and I would say that there should be more people posting good news here over the next week or so perhaps, well that is if the doomsdayers dont scare them away!

you make some good points. however i can understand the people with money to loose posting here to share infomation with other people who have made payments to zu.
I can't understand the negative comments from people who have no interest in this matter and who have not purchased from zu.

however this is a public forum and i suppose everybody is entitled to join in

I emailed Zu with regards to the white PSP at £99.99 as I require it for a birthday present by the 7th of December. This is their reply:

Now with all the false claims regards delivery and stock numbers for the Black model Im really not sure I trust them. They state they have less than 5 well I also have less than 5 to be more precise "zero".

Just wondering if anyone with say more than 3 months membership to this forum can shed any light on the matter. Have they recieved their order of a white PSP or have they also been fobbed off by misleading emails.

Goto the left hand menu ( Settings) and scroll right to the top.

Count 5 options down ( System Settings) and press X.

Select the second option from the top (System Language) and choose what should be "anglais" (English).

anyone else received their item, looks like zu have sorted their stock issues out. good on them, shame i never got one but the timescale had got to close
