Just contacted my credit card company and they will do a chargeback, however, they said that they only hav 120 days from the transaction date to do chargebacks against Nochex, so if you haven't already done it, do it straight away. I ordered on the 9th November.0

I suggest that if you paid by Credit Card you raise this issue with them pronto (though I have been recommending that to anyone who was told to wait 28 days from way back); they should refund you.
Alternatively, paying by (Visa) Delta card gives you the same protection.
thanks for your advice, i've been in contact with my bank pretty much since day one however they seem to have little or no advice for me other than to contact trading standards or citizens advice. this may seem like a silly question but not being particularly financially savvy i'm going to ask anyway- having paid with a debit (visa) card, is it still possible to get a chargeback to nochex as suggested above, as i'm still within 120days?0 -

As I said in my last post DO NOTwait for this 90 days they are trying to give as you may loss out or have more trouble getting your money back then you should have to go through. DO NOT listen to certain people on this site claim that this has been blown out of proportion, they may well be working for zudirect and stalling or in any case people that have got there money and don't mind you taking a risk as they're not the ones lossing out (if you check my last posts you'll know whom I'm on about). For any body that has gone past the 120 days or didn't pay by credit card, try to get help here http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/0 -

Well that's two bits of good news I've had this week. One is a quote from a fav film of mine" Z is dead baby!", now other people won't fall in to the same trap and loss their money. Two I'v just got a letter from my credit card company telling me that my disputed amount of £84.99 had been credited back on to my account, so I'm pleased as punch. I only hope others will be getting the same kind of letters pretty soon. Good luck0

MyUserNamesTaken wrote:3.03OE (all versions) along with 3.02OE (all versions) come with a recovery which allows you to save semi bricked PSPs and take them back down to 1.5. You can downdate using the recovery console. Also, the new custom firmware works on any mobo. Check out www.psp-hacks.com for info (the forums on there).

I'm on 3.03OE-CThere really is no need to buy a PSP with 1.5 firmware now. You don't even need Devhook anymore.
I've upgraded to 3.03OE-C too and have to agree, it is fantastic
However, don't forget you need to start from 1.5 or another OE version (which probably was once 1.5).Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0
