    You can't downgrade a 2.81 PSP
I'm not sure if there's any other way other than installing a mod-chip to allow you to run non-umd games. There may be but I just haven't looked as I don't need to.

    K
You can now. In fact, DA has cracked 3.03! So, no Sony firmware is not downdateable at present. I'd suggest downgrading from 3.03, then upgrading to 3.03 OE-C (open edition firmware). If you're on anything below 3.03 at the mo (2.81 upwards), you'll need to upgrade to 3.03 first. Full instructions in the link below. Follow them very carefully and you'll be fine.

Doesn't using one of these OE-A's mean you cannot go back to 1.5?

I read some forum too where someone was concerned that running one on a TA-082meant they were unable to upgrade higher too (to an official FW or another OE-A). Is that balony?
3.03OE (all versions) along with 3.02OE (all versions) come with a recovery which allows you to save semi bricked PSPs and take them back down to 1.5. You can downdate using the recovery console. Also, the new custom firmware works on any mobo. Check out www.psp-hacks.com for info (the forums on there).

I'm on 3.03OE-C :D There really is no need to buy a PSP with 1.5 firmware now. You don't even need Devhook anymore.

If you check on the bottom of your wireless router or on the paper work that came with it you should have a Wep key, if you type in the code as you see it it will work. It's the same code you would have used to connect your wireless router to your computer. If your still lost I'll try my best to help.
  • although new to this forum, i have been following the zudirect debacle over the last few months mainly in hope of some reassurance that they would refund me eventually, just found out today that they ceased trading on the 2nd feb, rather surprise to find no-one has commented on this yet... does anyone know what to do next?
