Sony PSP 1.5 Firmware Value Packs on Amazon

The reason why we all ordered from Zu was the price,you simply cannot get 1.5 consoles anywhere else at this price (check the prices for 1.5 on e/bay).If their supplier let them down common sense dictates you would have a hell of a job finding replacements at that price.Being honest i think it's why we have all stayed patient,you simply can't get anywhere near this value for money elsewhere.Don't get me wrong if the consoles don't turn up next week i'll be the first one to sign up for the lynching mob!!!!

AFAIK these are refurbs which have been downgraded or Jap versions. I was in a simular postion see post 92 with another web based company. They made out that these were available but they couldn't get hold of any. As there are plenty available on Ebay etc these are not in short supply. But I do understand about the price point you mention

Ebay is full of brand new 1.5s, not refurbs....

I see your point but if these 1.5s have downgraded firmware they are not Brand New in my eyes.

We all know the advantages of the 1.5 if they have been dowmgraded do the still have the 1.5 benefits (not to mention what they are on an open forum)

My seller tells me they are brand new (not downgraded) with the Sharp screens, just Japanese models (still with UK plugs).

Not sure why Japan would have 1.5 still?

Considering Sony have only just released 3.0, I'd suggest you're going to have problems....
